【摘要】:ThisPartofBS7371specifiesrequirementsforcoatingsappliedbytheelectrolysisofsolutionsofzincorcadmium.Thecoatingsconsistprincipallyofzincorcadmiumandcanbelubricatedtogivecontrolledtorque/clampingforcepropertieswhenrequired(seeforexampleBS7371:Part2:1993).InadditiontotherequirementsinthisPartofBS7371,therequirementsinPart1ofthestandardwhichareapplicabletozincandcadmiumelectroplatedcoatingsapply.ThisPartofBS7371alsospecifiesrequirementsforthefollowing:a)thecoatingthickness;b)thetypeofchromateconversiontreatmenttobeapplied;c)qualityassessmentofthecorrosionresistanceofunusedcoatedpartswhensubjectedtoneutralsaltspraytesting(seeforexampleBS7479:1991);d)adhesiontest.Annexesincludetablesindicatingsuitablecoatinggradesforstandardscrewthreadsandmethodsofdeterminationofcoatingthickness.

【摘要】:Thistestmethod,forthedeterminationofproteinlevelsinNR,isprimarilyintendedtotestNRmaterialsforresidualproteincontent.Itisassumedthatallwhousethistestmethodwillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthatworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratory.1.1Thistestmethodcoversananalyticaltestfordeterminingtheamountoftotalaqueousextractableproteinassociatedwithnaturalrubber(NR)anditsproducts.Watersolubleproteinsareextractedinabuffersolutionandthenprecipitatedtoconcentratethemandalsotoseparatethemfromwatersolublesubstancesthatmayinterferewiththedetermination.TheextractedproteinisredissolvedandquantifiedcolorimetricallybythemodifiedLowrymethodusingaproteinstandard.1.2Forthepurposeofthistestmethod,therangeofproteinmeasurementwillbebasedonthelimitofdetectionandquantitationandrecordedinmicrogramsperdm2NRspecimen.1.3Thetestmethodisdesignedtobeaccurateandcompatiblewiththeindustrialenvironment.1.4Stepsareincludedinthistestmethodtominimizetheeffectsofinterferingsubstances.1.5Itisrecognizedthatothermethodsfortheanalysisofleachableproteinsexistandthesemaybeusedforroutinequalitycontrolpurposesprovidedtheyhavebeenvalidatedandacorrelationestablishedagainstthereferencemethodspecifiedbythistestmethod.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
