【摘要】:ThispartofISO23273specifiestheessentialrequirementsforthefunctionalsafetyoffuelcell(FCV)withrespecttohazardstopersonsandtheenvironmentinsideandoutsideofthevehiclescausedbythe,operationalcharacteristicsofthefuelcellpowersystem.ThispartofISO23273doesnotapplytomanufacturing,maintenanceorrepairofthevehicles.TherequirementsinthispartofISO23273addressbothnormaloperating(faultfree)conditionandsinglefaultconditionsofthevehicles.ThispartofISO23273appliesonlywhenthemaximumworkingvoltageoftheon-boardelectricalcircuitsislowerthan1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.accordingtonationalorInternationalStandardsand/orlegalrequirements.
