【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsofhardnesstestingofsinteredmetalmaterials,excludinghardmetals.1.1Procedure1determinestheapparenthardnessofthewholematerial.Procedure1appliestosinteredmetalmaterialswhichhaveeithernotbeensubjectedtoanyheattreatment,orwhichhavebeenheattreatedinsuchawaythatthehardnessisessentiallyuniformtoadepthofatleast5mmbelowthesurface,--appliestothesurfacesofsinteredmetalmaterialswhichhavebeentreatedinsuchawaythatthehardnessisnotuniforminthesectiontoadepthof5mmbelowthesurface,thereforeappliestomaterialsinwhichthehardnessisobtainedessentiallybysurfaceenrichmentbycarbon,orbycarbonandnitrogen(forexample,andbycarburising,carbonitriding,nitrocarburisingorsulphidising),and--appliestomaterialswhichhavebeeninductionhardened.1.2Procedure2determinesthemicrohardnessofthemetalphase.Procedure2--appliestoalltypesofsinteredmetalmaterials.--isused,inparticular,todeterminethehardnessprofileofcase-hardenedorcarbonitridedmaterialsaccordingtothemethoddescribedinISO4507.--alsoappliestoanysinteredmetallicmaterialswhichhavebeensubjectedtosurfacetreatmentssuchaselectrodepositedplating,chemicalcoating,chemicalvapourdeposition(CVD),physicalvapourdeposition(PVD),laser,ionbombardment,etc.Todeterminethemicrohardnessoftreatedsurfaces,Procedure2applies.NOTEHowever,itshouldbenotedthatinternationalagreementhasnotyetbeenreachedonanumberoffactorsinvolvedinmicrohardnesstesting.Nevertheless,theparametersdefinedinProcedure2areimportantenoughtoenableaconsiderablemeasureofstandardisationofextensivelyusedpractices.
